The fine print (it's not fine, it's big)

The whole deal, in plain English.

No legalese. If anything here is unclear, that's my fault. Ask me.

   You pay nothing up front.

   Not a deposit, not a fee. Asking is free and so is the preview.

2. 02

   We agree on “done” in writing first.

   Before I build, I send a short plan. You tap OK. That note is our whole agreement. No contract to sign.

3. 03

   You see it working before you pay.

   A live preview you can click around in, plus a short video walkthrough. Two rounds of changes are included.

4. 04

   You choose the price.

   I'll suggest a fair range based on similar work and what it's likely to be worth to you. You pick, or type your own amount.

5. 05

   Not for you? You owe $0.

   Tap “Not for me.” No invoice, no awkward follow up. I'd love a sentence on why, so I get better.

6. 06

   If it doesn't do what we agreed, you don't pay.

   Simple as that.

7. 07

   Once you pay, it's yours.

   Code, files, domain, logins: all handed over. No lock in, and you can take it anywhere.

8. 08

   Outside costs are passed through at cost.

   Things like a domain (~$15/yr) or a texting service (~$15 to $30/mo). I tell you before I build, in writing. Never marked up.

9. 09

   Previews stay on my server until you pay.

   That's the only protection I ask for, and it's why I can take all the risk.

10. 10

    Optional Care Plan: $49/month.

    Hosting, small edits, uptime watch. Month to month, cancel anytime. Totally optional.

11. 11

    Referrals: $100 back.

    Send another local business my way. If they go ahead and pay, you get $100.
