Save time.
Make more
money.
I build the apps, websites and automations that save businesses time and make them money. A scheduling app for your crew, a loyalty app for your regulars, a site that actually gets you booked. Tell me what's slowing you down and I'll build a working fix.

The big idea
Your whole business, on your phone.
Stop checking five apps and a pile of email. One app, built around how you work: calls, customer messages, bookings, invoices and today's money, at a glance.
Tap what you'd want to see. Your app updates as you go.
Start small. Grow it anytime.
Pick the one piece that would help most this month. I build it first, you pay what it's worth, and we add the rest whenever you're ready.

Stop renting your software
Stop renting your software. Own it.
Booking, reviews, texting, your website builder. Each one is a bill that goes up over time, and none of them talk to each other. I build the same things into your own site and app. You pay once, you own it, and it all works together.

Own it instead
I build what you use into your own site and app. One payment you set after you've seen it working. You own it.
We run both side by side. You cancel only when you're sure.
Built first. You pay only if it's worth it.
Fair questions
What if something happens to you?+
You own everything: the code, the domain, the hosting and every login, in your name from day one. It's built with common tools any good web developer can pick up, and you get a written handover sheet.
All my customer data is in my current app.+
We check it can be exported first. I move it over and we run both side by side. You don't cancel anything until the new one works.
I'm locked into a contract.+
Then we plan around your renewal date. The savings start when the contract ends. No point paying twice.
The big companies keep adding features.+
Some are great. Most owners use a handful and pay for the rest. Yours does what you actually need, and I can add more whenever you want.
Who do I call when something breaks?+
Me, locally. The optional care plan covers updates, backups, fixes and small changes. Skip it and you still own it.
Is it secure?+
Card payments go through a certified processor like Stripe or Square, so card numbers never touch your site. For medical records or payroll, I'll tell you to keep your current provider.
Some things are worth keeping: your card processor (card fees still apply), payroll, accounting, medical records, and places that bring you new customers like Google, Yelp and DoorDash. For those I connect to them instead of replacing them.

Is your website costing you customers?
I'll load it like a customer on a phone would, and show you exactly what's turning people away, in plain English.

Who you're working with
A neighbor who builds things. Not an agency.
I'm Nicholas. I live here in Findlay, OH, and I build software with the newest AI tools. The kind of work that used to take a team of developers a month now takes me days.
Most local businesses never get to benefit from that, because agencies want big contracts and monthly retainers. So I flipped it: I take the risk, you see it working, and you decide what it's worth.
You get one person to email, a straight answer, and something that works. That's it.
Fair questions
“So what's the catch?”
Why would you build it before I pay?+
Because showing beats selling. I build with modern AI tools, so work that used to take an agency weeks takes me days. That lets me take the risk instead of you, and it means we both know it works before money changes hands.
How can you build it so fast?+
I build with the newest AI tools, so custom software that used to take an agency months takes me days. Think of me as a general contractor for your tech: you describe the problem, I build the fix, test it, and hand it over. You get agency quality work without agency prices or timelines.
What if I only want to pay a little?+
Then pay what it's honestly worth to you. I'll always suggest a range based on what similar work costs and what it's likely to earn you. Most people pick the middle. If it's not worth much to you, just tap “Not for me.”
What does “AI ready” mean?+
More customers now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Siri or Copilot who to call. Those assistants only recommend businesses they can read. Everything I build is set up so they can: your hours, location, services, reviews and answers to common questions, in a form AI understands. The free checkup shows how AI sees you today.
Do my customers have to download an app?+
No. The apps I build open from a link or a QR code on any phone. No app store, no downloads, no waiting for approval. If you ever want one in the App Store, that's possible too.
Do we have to meet?+
Nope. Everything works by email and your private link. If you'd like to talk, I'm local and happy to stop by, but it's never required.
What about ongoing costs?+
Some things have outside costs, like a domain name (~$15/yr) or texting service (~$15 to $30/mo). I tell you up front, in writing, and pass them through at cost. Optional Care Plan: $49/mo if you'd like me to keep things running. Cancel anytime.
What if it breaks later?+
Tell me. If something I built stops doing what we agreed, I fix it. Care Plan clients get priority and small edits included.
The whole deal, in plain English: read it here (it's short).
What's one thing you wish just worked?
Tell me. If I can build it, I will, and you'll only pay if you love it.
